Because one of our main targets are respecting Nature on the best way possible, our village has 20 wood houses with solar painels and solar powered lamps and tube. Each house has a personal kitchen garden to give the possibility to have fresh and biological products without leaving the house.
Since it's not possible to plant everything we need for holidays we have a mini market where you can buy another products/ingredients to cook your own meal and essencial things for the day by day.
Since we began our school path that we wanted to build a project toghether. And that was how this tourist village was born. Ecological, Innovative and a New thing in Cape Verde, and what island would be the best then the island wich has the biggest green zone of the country? Ilha de Maio has now a new reason to be visited. Exploring without damaging, that's why we want to addapt to Nature and not the opposite.
